Its 20-bed Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU) specializes in neuro and trauma critical care management. The hospital is a Comprehensive Stroke Center, Level II Trauma Center, and cares for the most complex patients, such as neuro/TBI/Stroke/spinal cord injuries, complex surgeries, trauma, and medical critical care patients.
We seek candidates with recent ICU Charge Nurse experience for the role of RN Supervisor – SICU |Nights. The person in this role will work a full-time 12-hour night shift, 3 nights per week. She/he will provide an optimal environment and assist in overseeing and directing unit activities and personnel in order to ensure high quality patient care. She/he will plan, organize, control, and coordinate the department activities ensuring high quality patient care and efficient, cost-effective service.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree Nursing and hold a California Registered Nurse License upon hire. Master’s degree is a plus. Must have current BLS. Must have two (2) or more years of Charge Nurse/Relief Charge Nurse experience.
