Pay Rate: $70,000 - $95,000 Salary
Key Responsibilities
The Creative Marketing Manager owns brand systems, messaging, campaign execution, and event support for PureEdge Lighting.
This role defines how the brand shows up across all channels while driving engagement, consistency, and measurable results
through creative leadership, advanced marketing automation, and strong coordination with sales and operations.
Brand & Messaging
- Lead re-establishment and documentation of brand guidelines including voice and visual standards.
- Ensure consistent brand application across digital, print, and event materials.
- Position PureEdge Lighting as a technical and design leader.
Campaigns & Email
- Own targeted email campaigns, automations, segmentation, and Pardot performance.
- Gradually assume ownership of weekly email drip campaigns.
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance to increase engagement.
Trade Shows & Sales Events
- Own marketing support for all trade shows including planning, logistics, and coordination.
- Manage booth displays, collateral, and marketing assets for all events.
- Support local sales events involving sales teams and customer attendees.
Content & Creative Execution
- Write and direct creative content including email copy, scripts, and campaign messaging.
- Lead creative development across digital, video, and event content.
- Collaborate with shared internal resources including design, engineering, and AI tools.
Technology & AI Leadership
- Leverage AI tools for creative development, content generation, and optimization.
- Act as a thought leader in AI-enabled creative marketing.
Success Indicators
- Established brand guidelines and messaging documentation.
- Advanced Pardot campaigns fully implemented.
- Consistent, well-executed trade show and sales event support.
- Measurable increases in engagement across channels.
Additional Responsibilities
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support business and marketing objectives
Qualifications / Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, or related field (Master’s a plus).
- Minimum 6 years of creative and marketing leadership experience, preferably in architecture, design, or lighting industries.
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand development, marketing campaigns, and creative content.
- Experience with Pardot or similar email marketing automation platforms
- Experience with Smartsheet or similar cloud-based project management platforms
- Experience in video production.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong project management, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Ability to inspire teams while balancing visionary leadership with hands-on execution.
- 2 years’ experience managing departmental budgets/resource allocation.
- Must be able to work in different locations within the Chicago area.
