Day Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Night Schedule; Monday - Thursday 4:30 pm to 1:00 am

Night Schedule; Monday - Thursday 4:30 pm to 1:00 am
Duties | Responsibilities
Tasks based on assignment; responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Common areas – Building Entrance, Lobby, Common hallways, Elevator cabs, etc.
- Spot clean glass (remove fingerprints, smudges, etc.)
- Remove any trash/debris
- Spot vacuum to remove debris; spot mop to remove spills (as needed)
- Check interior cab paneling; remove fingerprints/smudges
- Exterior (if applicable)
- Empty trash receptacles, police building exterior/landscaping for cigarette butts/debris
- Restrooms
- Spot clean surfaces (as needed) - toilets, urinals, counters, sinks, stall partitions, dispenser exteriors, mirrors, etc.
- Check/restock all paper products
- Spot mop flooring to remove water/spills (utilize “Wet Floor” sign)
- Empty trash receptacles
- Rotation/frequency of tasks may vary
- Inform Supervisor of any plumbing, mechanical or electrical malfunctions
- Report any visible property damage that occurred prior to or during shift
- Other duties as requested by Property Manager and/or Building Engineer
- Previous janitorial/house-keeping experience preferred but not required
- Dedication to providing premier janitorial services in a professional and consistent manner at all times
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with established duties; accomplish specific tasks all while maintaining attention to detail
- Team player attitude and positive approach
- Ability to lift 10 lbs or more
- Valid Driver’s License
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required
