We are searching for a strong jack of all trades to join our startup and manage our products : Purchasing ingredients and packaging. Coordinating manufacturing and material delivery for timely product production. Working with accounting systems to ensure vendors are paid. Ensuring product certifications are up to date. You will work with scientists, vendors, and contract manufacturers to ensure the best quality skincare products for our customers.

The successful candidate will work hand and hand with the Delavie team to ensure that logistical and supply chain operations are executed in a timely manner. They will be responsible for inventory management and will work with the accounting team to rectify end-of-month reports, generation of purchase orders, and order fulfillment with our distribution partner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Work with various contract manufacturers to manage the production of Delavie Sciences consumer products.

• Source packaging, bottles, etc. for the development of new products.
• Maintain proper regulatory and certification requirements for Delavies consumer products including, but is not limited to, certification claims, and FDA portal submissions.
• Familiar with : Intacct Accounting Software, Shopify, Microsoft Office Suite.Must have is Office.
• Maintaining inventories and driving sales of our commerical raw ingredients
• Work with customer service and marketing for various events, such as trade shows and marketing events, and troubleshooting customer requirements via email and telephone.
