We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Clinical Director - Assisted Living to support our Minnesota region, including communities in the Minneapolis and Rochester areas. The selected candidate will be a key addition to our expanding Regional Leadership Team and will report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer and the Regional Director of Operations – MN.
Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Clinical Director - Assisted Living to support our Minnesota region, including communities in the Minneapolis and Rochester areas. The selected candidate will be a key addition to our expanding Regional Leadership Team and will report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer and the Regional Director of Operations – MN.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight across multiple Assisted Living communities.
- Partner with Executive Directors, Directors of Nursing, and Care Teams to ensure high‑quality care and regulatory compliance.
- Mentor and support on‑site clinical teams in infection control, clinical standards, and best practices.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and reviewing clinical policies and procedures.
- Conduct routine site visits, audits, and assessments to evaluate clinical performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Facilitate clinical training programs to strengthen competencies and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Collaborate with corporate leadership to maintain alignment with organizational goals and initiatives.
- Participate in quality improvement efforts and contribute to strategies that enhance resident outcomes.
- Active Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical leadership experience in Assisted Living, Long‑Term Care, or Skilled Nursing.
- At least 2 years of multi‑site or regional clinical leadership experience required.
- Strong knowledge of Minnesota state regulations for Assisted Living and related care settings.
- Ability to travel within the Minneapolis and Rochester areas (up to 70%).
- Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and critical‑thinking skills.
- Commitment to promoting quality care and supporting positive team culture.
- Experience with staff education, mentoring, and skill development.
- Familiarity with EHR systems, including PointClickCare (PCC).
- Certified Trainer or CBRF Instructor certification is a plus.

Salary : $110,000 - $145,000
