Edenbrook St. Cloud, a skilled nursing facility located in St. Cloud, Minnesota, is seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join our team. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, residents, families, and staff while providing administrative support to the facility.

Position: Receptionist (Part-Time)

This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, residents, families, and staff while providing administrative support to the facility.
Schedule
- Every other weekend
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Operate multiline telephone and paging systems efficiently and professionally.
- Answer incoming calls, determine the nature of the call, and direct calls to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Greet and assist visitors, residents, families, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Assist with administrative duties such as scanning documents, scheduling care conferences, filing, and data entry.
- Maintain resident trust fund accounts and related records.
- Handle sensitive resident and facility information with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Provide general clerical and office support as needed.
- Previous experience in long-term care preferred.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency with basic computer and office equipment.
