Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Composes confidential correspondence, complies reports, and types general administrative and technical materials for the administrator.
- Coordinates the maintenance distribution, and implementation of written policies and procedures that reflect the goals and objective of the facility and the corporation. ( includes personnel policies, resident care policies, procedure manuals, position descriptions, etc.).
- Develops and maintains a good working rapport with the inter-department staff, and other departments within the facility to assure that administrative services and activities can be properly maintained to meet the needs of the facility.
- Disperses mail to staff and residents.
- Maintains confidentiality for all residents, administrative, and corporate information.
- Assist business office and staff with accounts payable and resident trust.
- Interacts with customers, families, visitors, facility and corporate staff.
- First point of contact for incoming calls; transfers to appropriate staff members/residents.
- Assists with transportation follow up and scheduling.
- Assists different department heads within the facility for other assigned tasks.
- Strong administrative skill set and customer service background with relevant job experience.
- Minimum one year's secretarial experience required.
- High school degree or equivalent with business curriculum required.
- Typing, filing, correspondence composition and computer skills required.
- Must possess strong organizational skills.
- Must possess the ability to interpret and apply departmental procedures.
- Must have a sense of accountability and responsibility.
Salary : $20 - $25
