Edenbrook Omro is looking for dependable, compassionate CNAs to join our nursing team full-time!

Edenbrook Omro is a smaller skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in Omro, Wisconsin and part of the Eden Senior Care network.
Current Full-Time Openings
We currently have three Full-Time CNA positions available:
- 2 AM Shift Openings: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- 1 PM Shift Opening: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
What We Offer?
- $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, based on experience
- $2.00/hour PM Shift Differential
- $2.00/hour Weekend Differential

Compensation is based on experience and qualifications and will be discussed during the interview process.
What You’ll Do?
As a CNA at Edenbrook Omro, you are an important part of each resident’s day and an essential member of our nursing team.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and meals
- Respond to call lights promptly and courteously
- Assist residents with transfers, mobility and repositioning
- Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nurse
- Complete required documentation accurately and timely
- Follow individualized resident care plans
- Help maintain a safe, clean and comfortable environment
- Work collaboratively with nurses and fellow CNAs to ensure residents receive timely, quality care

Requirements:
- Current Wisconsin CNA certification/registration
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
