Executive Director
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Executive Director to lead the daily operations of our Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Mobile, AL.
The Executive Director will provide overall leadership and oversight of the community, with responsibility for driving operational excellence, achieving organizational goals, managing staff and resources, and fostering a positive and supportive workplace culture. This role will work closely with residents, families, staff, healthcare partners, and other stakeholders to support high-quality resident care and the continued growth of the community.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on and adaptable leader who is comfortable embracing new challenges, learning new approaches, and implementing strategies that improve operations, resident satisfaction, and census growth.
Knowledge & Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Director in an Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Nursing Home environment.
- Proven track record of increasing census and driving occupancy growth.
- Strong knowledge of senior living operations, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, learn new processes, and implement effective operational strategies.
- Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate with diverse teams while fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality resident care and service.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, employees, and community partners.
- Ability to effectively manage budgets, staffing, resources, and day-to-day community operations.
