We are seeking a skilled and flexible Beautician to provide hair care services to our residents at least one day per week or at least every other week. This role is perfect for a professional who values flexibility, enjoys working with older adults, and wants to make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hair services, including perms, haircuts, washes, and sets, tailored to the preferences and needs of our residents.
- Collaborate with the facility to schedule visits in advance, ensuring residents are informed and prepared.
- Set and communicate your service prices for transparency with residents and their families.
- Create a friendly, respectful, and comfortable experience for residents.
- Maintain all safety and sanitation standards in the facility-provided salon space.
- Valid cosmetology license and Shop License in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Proven work experience as a Beautician, Cosmetologist or similar position.
- Experience working with older adults is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide professional, high-quality hair care services.
- Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage a flexible schedule.
- Schedule: At least one day per week or at least every other week.
- Salary: Set your own service prices, which will be shared with residents and families in advance.
- Facility: Will provides sanitation and salon space for your use.
