Eden Rose is partnered with a Top 100 law firm is seeking a mid-level M&A Lawyer to join its expanding practice in New York City.
The firm advises leading private equity sponsors and strategic investors on complex domestic and cross-border transactions across multiple industries.
The group is busy, well-resourced, and handling significant sponsor-backed and strategic deals across multiple sectors. The role offers genuine visibility with partners and clients, meaningful responsibility, and a clear progression path.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead complex middle-market and large-cap M&A transactions end-to-end
- Take ownership of deal execution, drafting, and negotiations
- Serve as a key client contact and trusted strategic advisor
- Coordinate cross-practice teams across finance, tax, employment, and regulatory disciplines
- Supervise and mentor junior associates
- Contribute to business development and growth initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of strong M&A experience gained at a leading law firm
- Proven ability to run deals with limited supervision
- Excellent technical drafting and negotiation skills
- Commercially minded with strong client management capabilities
- Admission (or eligibility for admission) to the New York State Bar Association
- Portable client relationships are welcomed but not required
