Compensation:
$18 hourly to start
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety and security of all guests and team members by conducting regular patrols and inspections of the property.
- Respond promptly and professionally to any incidents or emergencies, providing assistance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a welcoming and secure environment, embodying our commitment to exceptional hospitality.
- Monitor and operate security systems, including surveillance cameras and alarm systems, to ensure continuous protection.
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members, addressing any safety concerns with empathy and clarity.
- Assist in the development and implementation of safety protocols and procedures to enhance our security measures.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
Qualifications:
- Experience in safety and security roles within the hospitality industry.
- Ability to conduct thorough property patrols and inspections with attention to detail.
- Proven track record of responding effectively to emergencies and incidents.
- Strong communication skills to address safety concerns with guests and team members.
- Proficiency in operating security systems, including surveillance cameras and alarms.
- Ability to collaborate with team members to maintain a secure and welcoming environment.
- Experience in developing and implementing safety protocols and procedures is a plus.
