Compensation:
$16 hourly to start
Responsibilities:
- Ensure each guest room is cleaned and maintained to the highest standards, creating a welcoming environment for our guests.
- Restock guest room amenities, including towels, toiletries, and refreshments, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for our guests.
- Collaborate with team members to manage daily workload efficiently, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe work environment for both guests and staff.
- Assist with special requests or additional services, enhancing the overall guest experience and satisfaction.
- Maintain open communication with the front desk and management to ensure guest needs are met promptly and effectively.
Qualifications:
- Experience in housekeeping or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
- Proven track record of working efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with guests and team members.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment.
