We are seeking a Clinic Coordinator to join our team at Eden II Programs. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic services, providing essential support to individuals with autism and their families. The Clinic Coordinator will play a key role in enhancing the quality of care and service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Provide direct clinical supervision to classroom teachers and behavior specialist.
- Provide ABA training to teachers, behavior specialist, and teachers on reinforcements, behavior plans, data collection, and professionalism.
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
- Supervising proper IEP development and progress reports
Requirements
- Masters Degree in special education or related field required.
- New York State Teaching Certification in Special Education and/ or BCBA required.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with ABA and working with individuals with autism.
