Art Advisor - Digital Sales

Eden Gallery is looking for an Art Advisor – Digital Sales to join our team at our Bal Harbour, Miami gallery.

This is a sales-focused role for a commercially driven, tech-savvy salesperson who will manage online inquiries from prospects across the U.S., build relationships with collectors, own the journey from initial inquiry through to closed sale, and continue developing those relationships to create happy, long-term collectors.

You don't need to be an art expert. We are looking for someone who combines a strong consultative sales approach, commercial mindset, technology skills and genuine interest in building long-term collector relationships.

• Manage and qualify a high volume of online inquiries and inbound leads from across the U.S.
• Build and manage relationships with collectors from initial digital engagement through first purchase and ongoing account development, becoming a trusted point of contact throughout their Eden journey.
• Connect with prospects through multiple communication channels and create a personalized, high-touch experience.
• Understand each collector's interests, preferences, needs and buying potential, using sales qualification methodologies such as BANT.
• Build long-term relationships with collectors and develop a strong network of clients and referrals.
• Own the full digital sales journey — from qualification and artwork presentation to gallery appointments, sales opportunities and closed sales.
• Apply a consultative sales approach, recommending artworks based on each collector's interests and requirements.
• Use AI and digital tools, including creating personalized artwork renderings and visual presentations for collectors.
• Create happy, loyal collectors who are proud to be part of the Eden collector family and want to return and recommend others.
• Manage leads and opportunities in the CRM, maintaining excellent data quality, accurate information and disciplined follow-up. Attention to detail is essential.
• Take ownership of individual sales targets, conversion and revenue performance, while contributing to the wider team's success.
• Work collaboratively with Art Advisors, Gallery Directors and the global sales team while maintaining a strong focus on your own individual results.

• Proven experience in B2C sales, business development, sales development, lead generation, luxury sales or a similar commercial role.
• A proven track record of closing sales and achieving targets.
• Experience managing high-volume inbound leads.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and digital sales tools.
• Highly tech-savvy and comfortable learning and using new technologies.
• Knowledge of sales qualification methodologies such as BANT is required.
• Strong consultative selling, communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Highly numbers-driven, commercially minded and motivated by targets, conversion and revenue.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong CRM discipline.
• Native-level English required.
• French, Spanish or other additional languages are a significant advantage.
• Interest in art; deep art expertise is not required.
• A collaborative team player who enjoys working with others and contributing to shared goals, while being highly accountable for their own individual targets and results.
