Sales Representative

Digital Silk is a globally recognized digital agency specializing in branding, custom web design & digital marketing. We partner with businesses to strengthen their brands, elevate their digital presence, and drive measurable growth and revenue.

We are seeking a motivated, outgoing, and highly social Sales Representative with exceptional interpersonal and networking skills to generate high-quality business opportunities through industry seminars, trade shows, professional organizations, networking events, and other in-person channels.

Your primary focus will be to build relationships, identify opportunities, and generate qualified leads for Digital Silk.

Once an opportunity is qualified, you will hand it off to our Business Development team, who will develop a tailored proposal, demonstrate the value of our services, and manage the sales process through closing.

This is a remote, work-from-home position with regular attendance at industry events, trade shows, professional organizations, and networking opportunities.

Responsibilities

1. Represent Digital Silk at industry events, trade shows, professional organizations, conferences, and networking events.
2. Communicate Digital Silk’s value proposition and generate qualified opportunities for branding, custom web design, and digital marketing services.
3. Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, founders, business owners, and senior marketing leaders.
4. Identify and qualify prospective clients based on their business needs, potential project scope, budget, and decision-making authority.
5. Generate a consistent pipeline of warm, qualified leads and seamlessly transition opportunities to Digital Silk’s Business Development team.
6. Develop relationships with professional organizations and business communities that can create ongoing referral and lead-generation opportunities.
7. Act as a brand ambassador for Digital Silk and strengthen our presence across key U.S. markets.
8. Meet or exceed monthly qualified-lead and opportunity-generation targets.

Requirements

1. Proven experience in lead generation, networking, partnerships, sales, or business development.
2. Demonstrated ability to generate warm, qualified B2B leads through relationship building and in-person networking.
3. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
4. A naturally outgoing, confident, and social personality with the ability to comfortably engage executives and business owners.
5. Strong ability to understand prospective clients’ business challenges and identify opportunities for Digital Silk’s services.
6. Self-starter with a proactive, entrepreneurial, and results-driven mindset.
7. Highly organized and disciplined in tracking contacts, following up with prospects, and moving opportunities forward.
8. Determined to achieve and exceed monthly performance goals.
9. Willingness to regularly attend relevant industry events, conferences, trade shows, and networking functions.
