As a Production Associate, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Assembly, Russell Assembly, and Packaging departments. This is a versatile position perfect for someone who enjoys variety, likes working with their hands, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do
- Assemble performance automotive products and components
- Package and prepare products for shipment to customers worldwide
- Pull, organize, and stage materials for production and shipping
- Follow work instructions and production specifications
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet Edelbrock standards
- Operate hand tools and material handling equipment as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support multiple production areas based on business needs
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or packaging experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable attendance and positive attitude
- Ability to read and follow written instructions
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
