Duties
- Assist with food preparation, meal assembly, and basic cooking tasks to support kitchen operations
- Serve guests at tables, counters, or buffet stations with friendly and attentive customer service
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and payments
- Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and ensuring food safety standards are met
- Support catering and banquet events with setup, serving, and breakdown duties
- Handle food handling responsibilities safely and follow proper dietary guidelines
- Provide excellent guest relations by addressing inquiries, phone etiquette, and ensuring guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is highly desirable
- Skills in food handling, meal preparation, and basic cooking techniques
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Experience in banquet service or catering environments is beneficial
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or cleaning
- Knowledge of food safety practices and dietary requirements
