Our Store Managers oversee our employees to make sure everything's running smoothly, plus they jump in and help wherever they can in the store, every day. It's tough, it's exciting, and it's an important job that directly contributes to our success.
As a Store Manager, you are responsible for the efficient and cost effective oversight of the operation of a single store, which includes, but is not limited to profitability, P & L management, human resources, and marketing all while providing an outstanding experience to our customers.
Other duties include but are not limited to:
- Completes all daily and weekly store paperwork including
- Weekly Sales Reports (WSR)
- Inventory and labor breakdown reports
- Able to drive to the bank to purchase change and pick up deposit bags
- Places and receives food and beverage orders
- Responsible for recruiting, training, and performance evaluations of store team members
- Responsible to communicate the daily status of the store, problems and opportunities to the franchise management team
Required Skills:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must be 18 or older
- Requires utmost integrity, honesty, and strong leadership
- Requires excellent customer service skills, good written and oral communication skills
- Able to pass a criminal background screening
- Possess basic reading, math, and computer skills, including MS Office Programs and POS
- Able to stand on a hard surface for a long period of time, bend, stoop, kneel and regularly lift or move 25-30 lbs.
- Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
