Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Electric/PLC Senior Field Technician to join our dynamic team in San Diego, CA. This role involves performing electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work on sophisticated dredge equipment and pump systems. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving electrical issues, programming, maintaining, and testing PLC systems, and ensuring electrical systems comply with industry standards. The individual will collaborate across departments to deliver high-quality solutions for client needs and provide technical support both internally and externally.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Electrical Maintenance and hands-on experience with Electrical Equipment.
• Strong expertise in Troubleshooting and diagnosis of electrical systems and equipment.
• Background in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field with knowledge of electricity and circuit analysis.
• Experience with PLC programming, repair, and maintenance.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work on-site in San Diego, CA, and travel to client locations as required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with teams and clients effectively.
