Responsibilities
- Audit and Post new and used retail deals and wholesale transactions
- Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
- Calculate commissions
- Process lien Payoffs
- Handle bank deposits
- Weekly review of schedules
- Customer Service
- Assist with month end closing
- Perform other accounting tasks as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in accounting or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in dealership billing or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Knowledge of billing software and systems is a plus.
