ECU Worldwide is looking for a well-qualified candidate for a warehouse coordinator position. This position will be responsible for fulfilling the backend logistics for receiving. Processing and storing inventory according to ECU policy. This warehouse coordinator will work on various that complies, records, and prepares on various warehouse activities. This could include reviewing all import documents, plans of freight and general maintenance of the warehouse operations procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Include but are not limited to the following:
" Data entry CFS information in CMS systems with the WMS and TOPAZ.
" Billing, D/R
" General order shipments
" Submit PTT, arrange P/U container at pier, report empty
" Provide excellent customer service
" Dispatch drivers
" Assist with the coordination of the Co-load containers
" PREPARE LOADING GUIDE
" IMO / DGN KNOWLEDGE
Qualifications
" 1-2 years of warehousing experience
" Distribution / Logistics knowledge
" Familiar with warehouse safety requirements
" Exceptional Customer Focus
" Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
" Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
" Excellent communication skills
" Good multi-tasker
" Must be bilingual (read, write, speak English and Spanish).
" Must know how to use Microsoft office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
" Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and the public.
" Ability to lift boxes up to 50lbs
Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
