The Opportunity
The Warehouse Coordinator owns the daily flow of client returns. That means tracking inbound orders, confirming courier pickups, keeping client addresses and return records accurate, and following up directly with clients when a return falls behind schedule.
This role connects our clients, our carriers, and the warehouse floor. An item that comes back on time can go out to the next event. This person keeps that cycle moving by catching missed pickups early and resolving delays before they turn into inventory shortages. They also work with other departments to turn rush items around quickly.
