Position Summary
Prepare and maintain a work schedule for all pharmacy technicians. Evaluate the work performance of the technician staff. Effectively perform all activities required of a Pharmacy Technician II. Assist pharmacy management with formulating and implementing policies and procedures to facilitate an effective and efficient drug distribution system. Supervise the daily technician activities. Arrange for technician coverage due to unplanned absences and illness. Participate in the interview and selection process for hiring technician employees. Plan and supervise the training program for pharmacy technicians. Other tasks as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
High School plus less than 1 year of formal training or education or higher
Type: Pharmacy Technology or related training
Licensure Or Certification Required
Certified and Registered Pharmacy Technician
2 years or more of related work experience
Pay Range
$24.69 - $35.99
