Position Summary
The Program Coordinator for Team Member Wellbeing supports the design, implementation, and evaluation of initiatives that enhance the well-being, engagement, and retention of physicians, advanced practice providers, and team members within ECU Health. This position plays a key role in coordinating and assisting with educational offerings, well-being programming events, supporting onboarding and mentorship efforts, and recognition events. The Program Coordinator works collaboratively with the Office of Well-Being team to build a culture of compassion, connection, and community across the health system.
Responsibilities
Program Coordination & Logistics
Coordinate and execute logistics for well-being events and programs such as wellbeing initiatives, social network gatherings, and event celebrations.
Serve as a point of contact for high level administration needs, registration tracking, materials prep, venue coordination, and support services.
Assist in planning immersive well-being experiences and pop-up events across the system as needed/requestions.
Support onboarding and mentorship initiatives.
Communication & Outreach
Work with Program Manager on template flyers, one-pagers, and digital communications to promote programs and increase visibility and engagement.
Maintain and update informational resources for providers and staff on available well-being services (e.g., EAP, peer support).
Collaborate with internal partners to ensure effective promotion and engagement with programming.
Manage and update the SharePoint site by posting new content, reviewing existing information for accuracy, and ensuring the site remains current and user-friendly.
Evaluation & Reporting
Collect and organize participant feedback, registration data, and attendance metrics to support continuous improvement and ROI.
Work with Talent Management team for team member engagement survey support as needed.
Assist with compiling data and writing abstracts or summaries for presentations and publications.
Assist with support needed from ECU Health Foundation.
Administrative Support
Maintain inventory of program supplies and coordinate procurement and delivery.
Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and preparation for team meetings and working groups.
Assist Executive Assistant as needed with special presentations, travel arrangements, etc.
Support the Office of Well-beingand other leadership team members with special projects and new initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field is required.
1 Year Of Experience Is Preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Excel and comfortable with digital design tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe Express).
Passion for healthcare provider well-being, engagement, and team-based support.
