- Annual Emergency Department visits: 16,000
- Acute Stroke Ready, Joint Commission
- Support services include general surgery, orthopedic surgery, and ICU level care
- Average number of patients per day per provider: 21
- Average number of admissions per day: 2.1 during the day and 1 at night
- ECU Health Air and Ground Support available to immediately transfer patients to ECU Health Medical Center
- Systemwide EMR system: EPIC
- Will accept IM physicians and FM physicians with emergency experience
- BLS, ACLS, ATLS certifications are requiredfor IM/FM
