In This Role, You Will Assist With
- Budgeting - Work with outside contractors to develop conceptual budgets during project initiation.
- Design - Work with internal design team to develop comprehensive drawing package.
- Bidding - Work with outside contractors thru pricing process to include design document review and project area walk thru.
- Contracts - Work with in-house team members to secure funding and complete owner/contractor agreement for project.
- Construction - Review/coordinate daily construction activities and complete daily assessment document.
- Occupancy - Work with vendors to operationalize completed project.
- Currently enrolled in a Construction Management Technologies Program
