- Support recruiters with day-to-day recruiting coordination activities.
- Manage and maintain all hourly job openings company-wide within assigned divisions.
- Post, update, and remove job advertisements across recruiting platforms and internal systems.
- Conduct initial resume reviews and candidate prescreening prior to recruiter review.
- Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines, talent pools, and recruiting spreadsheets/databases.
- Source and organize passive candidate leads for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Process all internal offer letters for assigned divisions.
- Provide administrative support for external offer letters.
- Assist with onboarding coordination and pre-employment documentation in coordination with local HR representatives.
- Ensure recruiting documentation and candidate files remain organized and compliant.
- Support recruiting reporting and tracking metrics as requested.
- Communicate professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Provide general recruiting and administrative support to help improve recruiting efficiency and organization.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Qualiifications
- 0-2 years of related experience
- 2-3 years of recruiting support, HR support, or talent acquisition experience preferred.
- Experience working in an applicant tracking system (ATS) preferred; iCIMS experience highly preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required. BS in Human Resources or equivalent field preferred.
- If driving for, or on behalf of, any ECS subsidiary, a valid driver's license is required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Experience supporting recruiting teams in professional services, engineering, environmental consulting, or technical industries.
- Experience building talent pipelines and candidate sourcing lists.
- Familiarity with recruiting workflows and offer letter processes.
- Ability to work effectively in teams, with clients, peers and subordinates, as well as independently.
