Recruiting Internship - University Talent

• Supporting recruiting team with hiring initiatives
• Collaborating with recruiting team to research candidates using web-based applications
• Organizing, updating, and tracking candidate data using Microsoft Excel
• Posting and closing opportunities on external sites
• Updating job post description content and formatting
• Assisting with preparation for career fairs
• Completing special projects as needed
• Actively pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or related field
• Interest in the Recruiting or Human Resources field
• Previous internship or customer service experience would go a long way
