ECS is seeking a Delivery Lead to work in our Falls Church, VA office.
The Delivery Lead is accountable for decisions, deliverable quality, and activities across one or more CISA task areas their team supports. They serve as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for their assigned areas and act as a critical individual contributor. The Delivery Lead is also a key participant in capture, pre-proposal, and proposal activities for future opportunities within CISA programs.
The Delivery Lead is expected to drive initiatives that improve workforce alignment and delivery practices, furthering ECS' role as a high-performing IT and cybersecurity service provider for CISA. Agile values and principles are central to this role, with a focus on collaboration, customer proximity, frequent value delivery, and strategic alignment.
Working alongside Team Leads, the Delivery Lead will:
- Capture and communicate customer feedback, risks/issues, key personnel changes, and organizational developments to CISA program management and ECS leadership.
- Play a leading role in identifying connections and dependencies across the CISA portfolio.
- Develop communication strategies to target strategic stakeholders, driving customer engagement, alignment, and adoption across CISA task areas.
- Shape evolving customer needs, identify skillsets required, and work with program management to fulfill staffing gaps.
- Manage client expectations and actively seek opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Anticipate risks and develop mitigation plans in collaboration with customers and leadership.
- Collect task area status updates for input into program deliverables (e.g., Monthly Status Reports and Program Management Reviews).
Key Responsibilities
- Growth Opportunities: Help identify organic growth areas within supported task areas.
- Stakeholder Relationship Management: Cultivate and support relationships across CISA divisions.
- Cross-Program “Dot Connecting”: Identify customer needs, overlaps, and synergies across the broader CISA mission space.
- Team Management: Maintain awareness of cross-functional work products, status, risks, and issues.
- Data Collection and Reporting: Support program management needs (e.g., vacation rollups, staffing updates).
- Business Development Support: Contribute to capture and proposal development activities.
- Stakeholder Campaigns: Develop stakeholder personas and engagement strategies; measure and track engagement impact.
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
- 7 years of consulting experience supporting federal agencies.
- Proven experience developing and executing organizational strategy
- Strong ability to cultivate trusted client relationships, particularly with federal leadership.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking and executive briefing.
