Job Description:

We are looking for a night shift porter to take care of a 172,000 square foot corporate financial headquarters in Enola. The ideal candidate has prior commercial cleaning experience, strong attention to detail, an excellent attendance record, and a willingness to go above and beyond for our client.

Schedule & Compensation:

FULL TIME:

Monday-Friday

3pm-11pm

Pay: $16/hr/bi weekly

Full Time Employee Benefits: (medical, dental, vision) available after 60 days of employment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Emptying trash
• Window cleaning
• Cleaning of kitchen areas and equipment (coffee maker, microwave, fridge, etc.)
• Refill kitchen supplies (cups, condiments, plasticware, etc.)
• Wipe down and sanitize high touch surfaces.
• Clean office cubicles including dusting and emptying trash.
• Clean fitness center by wiping down machines, emptying trash, cleaning countertops and showers.
• Detailed cleaning and stocking of all restrooms.
• General Building Needs: Clean up spills, sweep entrances, glass cleaning, etc.

Requirements:

• Must be able to walk, sit, stand, bend, climb stairs and lift up to 25 lbs without physical limitations.
• Prior commercial cleaning experience is preferred. Cleaning experience in any type of setting is required.
• Ability to be on your feet all day for long periods at a time.
• Work well independently and with others.
• Ability to follow oral and written directions and completely tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
