ECS Commercial Cleaning is seeking a full-time cleaning manager to oversee multiple workers and functions relating to warehouse janitorial and deep cleaning tasks. The manager will collaborate with both team members and the client to create optimal cleanliness of assigned areas. The person in this role will be responsible for daily oversight of cleaning teams which will involve inspection of assigned areas, assisting customer with building cleanliness audits, effective problem solving, and adapting to changing priorities and circumstances.
Ideal candidates for this position will have a strong work ethic, prior leadership experience, reliable transportation, and a valid driver's license.

Schedule/Compensation:
Monday-Friday
6am-230pm
***Manager will be required to come in on a frequent basis to observe off-shift operations.***
Pay: $18-$20/hr (bi-weekly pay)
Benefits: Full health benefits on the first of the month after 60 days of employment.
PTO: Can accrue paid time off from first day of employment and use after 6 months of employment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Confidently handle employee issues relating to attendance, job performance, personnel conflicts and employee discipline.
- Responsible for maintaining proper staffing levels for their teams, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Unwavering focus on serving others and building relationships with all parties, clients, vendors, team members.
- Communicate on a regular basis with the Regional Director, giving important updates and seeking guidance on decisions.
- Constantly seeking ways for continuous improvement that will create a Win/Win/Win for Employee/Customer/ECS.
- Submit weekly billing hours accurately and on time.
- Be a culture carrier: drive our Core Four (Own, Empower, Grow, Serve).
HR / Administrative Duties and Responsibilities
- Knowledge of ADP payroll system (New Hire Paperwork, Employee Punches, Update contact information)
- Enforce company attendance policy (according to building guidelines)
- Follow proper termination protocols
- Immediately reporting any employee injuries and following proper Workmans Comp procedures.

Experience/Skills:
- Prior cleaning experience in a commercial setting is preferred, but not required.
- At least 1 year of previous management/leadership experience
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Ability to stoop, bend, reach, and lift constantly.
- Must have a valid drivers license & reliable transportation to get to and from work.
