As a
Registered Dental Hygienist
with All Smiles Dental Care, you will work a full schedule of Mondays and Fridays (6:30 AM – 3:15 PM), giving you long, uninterrupted weekends and time for the things that matter most to you.
You will make a real difference to your patients' confidence, knowing they feel comfortable, informed and well cared for. You will have a voice in the way we improve and plan our services, rather than feeling like just another number.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver gentle, thorough cleanings, scaling, root planing, and polishing.
- Conduct oral cancer screenings, periodontal charting, and radiographs.
- Apply sealants, fluoride, and preventive treatments.
- Review and update patient medical and dental histories.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and nutrition.
- Maintain a clean, well-organised operatory following OSHA and HIPAA protocols.
- Work closely with the dentist and wider team.
- Take part in team meetings, CE sessions, and planning discussions.
