The Role
As our Registered Dental Hygienist, you’ll play a vital role in helping patients maintain their oral health and confidence. You’ll provide preventive and therapeutic hygiene care, support the dentist in diagnosis and treatment planning, and foster long-term patient relationships built on trust, education, and comfort.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver thorough, gentle cleanings, scaling, root planing, and polishing.
- Conduct oral cancer screenings, periodontal charting, and radiographs.
- Apply sealants, fluoride, and other preventive treatments.
- Review and update patient medical and dental histories.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and nutrition.
- Maintain a clean, organized operatory and adhere to OSHA and HIPAA protocols.
- Collaborate closely with the dentist and team to ensure exceptional patient care.
- Participate in team meetings, CE sessions, and monthly planning discussions.
Ideal Candidate
- Licensed Dental Hygienist in the State of Kansas (or eligibility to obtain).
- Excellent clinical, communication, and patient-education skills.
- Compassionate, detail-oriented, and team-focused.
- Eager to grow professionally and take advantage of CE and leadership opportunities.

Position Details
- Full-Time: Mondays to Fridays, 6:30 AM – 3:15 PM
- Part-Time: Wednesdays and Fridays, 6:30 AM – 3:15 PM
