Key Responsibilities
In this role, your work directly influences the quality and feel of each service. You will:
- Lead a weekly rehearsal and Sunday worship service, helping the band deliver a smooth and engaging experience
- Choose music that fits the tone of each service, giving you creative input and ownership
- Build and guide a team of volunteer musicians, helping them grow and perform with confidence
- Coordinate sound checks and logistics so each service runs seamlessly
- Plan ahead by preparing weekly worship materials, keeping everything organized and stress-free
- Support special services throughout the year, adding variety and meaning to key moments
