Position Summary

This role affords an opportunity to have significant impact on the organization’s project management and process improvement systems with a focus on operational excellence & strategic execution to enable the organization to improve healthcare worldwide with increasing levels of effectiveness and efficiency.

This role for an experienced project manager will be involved in organizational strategy deployment, implementation & execution of critical enterprise-level strategic projects, business process transformations, and supporting the development of new products/services across the organization.

The Program Manager must be able to effectively lead and manage projects, develop, and manage program/project schedules, and lead program/project execution leveraging the appropriate project management and process improvement tools. This role must be able to effectively construct detailed work plans, manage teams, achieve milestones, and communicate the results across a broad stakeholder audience.

Essential Functions Statement(s)

Support organizational needs assessment, development of program/project plans, goals, and objectives regarding ECRI Key Initiatives implementation.

Develop plans and processes needed to accomplish the program/project objectives.

Support the design of content, tools, and processes which enable effective, standardized, scalable deployment of organizational-wide project management.

Monitor all phases of projects to ensure that maximize efficiencies and optimal productivity standards are being met.

Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans.

Support the development and maintenance of processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle, setting project quality and performance standards, and assessing and managing risk within multiple projects.

Keep abreast of technological advancements and look for practical applications to improve processes.

Accountability Metric(s)

Compile defined metrics and submit required recurring reports to business leaders/ management.

When required, responsible for coaching the project leader to manage to the budget & schedule of each active project.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

5 years’ experience in managing technical projects.

Experience with systems implementations & data integrations. (ie: ERP, CRM, etc)

Experience With Data Management (Master Data Management Experience Preferred).

Excellent project management skills and the ability to move groups forward and maintain momentum.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, problem solving experience and professional manner.

Experience in Change Management/Process and Performance Improvement

Ability to perform under minimum direction, with high personal energy, and a positive approach to dealing with challenges and ambiguity.

Ability to deal with conflict positively.

Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy.

Effective, clear, and persuasive oral and written communication skills with individuals and groups.

Experience managing and prioritizing multiple tasks and working both independently and as part of a team.

Ability to meet task deadlines and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization from the Senior Leadership Team to the front line.

Flexible, team player who can adjust to and work to improve changing processes.

Excellent writing skills.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience required.

Computer Skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 Suite of products (e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Proficient with Jira and Confluence (preferred).

Proficient with Smartsheet, Microsoft Project for the Web or other Project Management tools (preferred).

Certifications & Licenses

Preferred – PMI- CAPM or PMP certification.

Position Compensation

Preferred – Six Sigma certification (LSSGB or LSSBB)

The salary range for new employees in this position is $92,902.52 - $105,444.36, based on background, experience, and skills. In addition, new employees in this position are eligible for all of our benefit offerings, including, but not limited to, health and welfare benefits, 403(B) retirement savings, and paid time off (PTO).
