IT Support/Cyber Security Specialist
We are hiring an entry level IT Technician who will focus on helpdesk tickets, new computer builds, managing customer device inventory and various other IT tasks.
You will learn about IT, Cyber Security and develop skills to support all variety of IT systems and devices. You will also learn about compliance such as HIPAA and NIST to support Compliance Assessments.
The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for customer service and IT. We are dedicated to helping you develop your skills and knowledge. We are also passionate about World Class Customer Service.
The posted salary range is a good faith and reasonable estimate for the position and will vary depending on your skill and experience level.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring clients are receiving the proper tools and cyber security services
- Performing computer hardware/software installation and configuration
- Working with clients by phone, email, tickets, and in person as needed
- Document issue resolutions clearly and concisely
- Learn and participate in CMMC, HIPAA and NIST assessments
- General Network, PC, MAC and Server support
- Troubleshooting
- Assist with the demands of the business
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong aptitude to learn about IT
- Passion for Customer Service
- Ability to work a regular schedule including 3 or more days in the office
- Computer skills and familiarity with IT
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- A certificate – preferred
- Security preferred
- Must be able to accept constructive feedback and use it as a growing experience

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
