As a Financial Sales Broker, you will work directly with business owners to understand their funding needs and provide tailored financial solutions. What You’ll Do
- Engage with hundreds of cold and warm leads daily.
- Learn and apply advanced sales strategies to uncover client needs and present funding solutions.
- Build, maintain, and manage a strong sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with experienced brokers and learn from top industry professionals.
- Progress toward a Senior Broker role with substantial earning potential.
Training & Compensation
We believe in investing heavily in our people. That’s why we provide a 15-week structured training program designed to turn entry-level recruits into top-producing brokers.
Training Period (Weeks 1–15):
$600 base salary per week commissions
Top 10% earn $1,200 per week during training
Post-Training (Associate Broker):
$700 base salary per week commissions Top 10% earn $2,500 per week
Senior Broker (Average 8-12 months to achieve):
$865 base salary per week commissions Top 10% earn $5,000 per week
