We’re looking for someone outgoing, polished, and dependable to welcome guests, keep our office vibe on point, and help bring our brand to life. You’ll also get exposure to marketing and content creation by participating in social media and brand storytelling.
If you’ve got great energy, a strong sense of style, and are comfortable on camera, this is a great way to start your career.
💼 What You’ll Do
• Greet visitors and create a polished, welcoming experience
• Keep the front office clean, organized, and on-brand
• Assist with scheduling, booking travel, and light admin support (we’ll train you)
• Help maintain a positive daily vibe (coffee, snacks, light event setup)
• Appear in social media content, behind-the-scenes videos, and brand moments
• Support light marketing/content initiatives (product features, team content, brand moments)
• Support team morale and contribute to a high-energy environment
✅ What We’re Looking For
• Recent or soon-to-be college grads preferred 🎓
• Friendly, confident, and naturally engaging
• Presents themselves in a polished, on-brand way
• Comfortable on camera and being part of content
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

• Comfortable with basic tools (Google Docs, email, calendars) or quick to learn
• Interest in marketing, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle is a plus
