We are seeking a n Employee Experience Specialist for a six-month temporary assignment to support our new hires across the country , with the potential to convert to a permanent role. In this role, you will support the onboarding process, coordinate pre-hire requirements, maintain accurate records, and ensure a smooth first-day experience for new employees. This is a hybrid position, requiring two days per week in office, and reports to our Gilbert, AZ headquarters.

- Maintai n accurate records in the ATS and HRIS while ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Track hiring and onboarding metrics and provide administrative support based on regional needs.
- 3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or employee onboarding.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Proficiency in ATS, HRIS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Weekly Pay – get your paycheck every Friday, no waiting!
- Competitive Compensation – $ 25.00/hour , based on experience.
- Mostly desk-based work with regular computer use (typing, mouse work).
- Occasionally lift or carry office supplies (up to 25 lbs.).
- Work is in a climate-controlled office environment.
