About the Internship
We’re looking for an IT intern to help us create and organize our IT documentation. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in technical writing, knowledge management, IT processes, and/or IT governance/controls. If you enjoy writing, organizing information, and making complex topics easier to understand, this role could be a strong fit.
What You’ll Do
- Write and update step-by-step IT procedures and process documentation
- Help gather and organize documentation and evidence used to support IT controls and audits
- Create easy-to-follow internal documentation
- Develop user-friendly FAQs and help guides for employees
- Organize documentation so it’s clear, consistent, and easy to find
- Work with team members to understand how systems and processes work, then document them clearly
Requirements
Who We’re Looking For
- Working towards degree in:
- Information Systems
- Computer Science
- Technical Writing
- Information Management
- Or a related field
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Interes in documentation, process improvement, or how IT teams operate
- Comfortable learning new topics and asking good questions
- Organized and able to work independently with guidance
