Responsibilities
- Respond to and support incoming IT service tickets
- Assist with imaging and configuring computers
- Maintain and update IT documentation
Requirements
- Upperclassman or recent graduate pursuing or holding a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology (or a related field)
- Minimum GPA of 3.4
- Ability to work 20 hours per week during the summer internship
- Foundational knowledge of Windows troubleshooting
- Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Self‑starter who can work independently, learn new technologies, and adapt in a fast‑paced environment
Compensation
Compensation is based on experience, industry and location standards.
