We're seeking energetic, reliable team members to join our established rubber recycling facility. This role offers competitive pay, excellent benefits, and a consistent 4-day work week schedule!
Key Responsibilities:
As a key member of our production team, you'll be responsible for:
- Operating material handling equipment.
- Managing product movement and trailer loading.
- Handling bulk materials, like heavy bags of rubber.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Supporting recycling processes and follow safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1-2 years of warehouse or manufacturing experience.
- Strong attention to safety.
- Sit-down forklift experience is a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
This role operates in a high-heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting. Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment. Expect prolonged standing, repetitive movements, and lifting up to 75 lbs. PPE provided.
