Production Supervisor, 2nd Shift

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to lead our 2nd Shift manufacturing team. If you're passionate about manufacturing and want to be a part of our innovative rubber products division, this is your opportunity! 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday Hours: 2:45 PM - 11:00 PMSalary Range: $68,000 - $85,000, based on experience Core Contributions: Drive a culture of continuous safety and empower your team to speak up if they see something unsafe. Lead a team of Machine Operators. Coach and develop teammates so they know how to do their jobs efficiently, safely, and have confidence that they know what they’re doing. Monitor production and ensure scheduling needs and quality standards are met. Provide regular communications so the team knows what’s going on and what is coming down the road. Coordinate training to provide continuous safety awareness and development of technical and soft skills. Drive continuous improvement through your ideas and encourage ideas from your Machine Operators. Coordinate with our Testing Lab, Purchasing, and Sales to ensure materials are available at the right time. Oversee the maintenance and upgrades of equipment to minimize the disruption to production. Essential Experiences: High school diploma or GED; Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred Must have prior experience as a Production Supervisor or Assistant Production Supervisor 3 years of experience leading people 3 years in a manufacturing environment
