About the PositionEcoPro Power Washing, Inc. is looking for a friendly, upbeat Office Administrator to join our team during our busy season! This part-time, seasonal role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and being an important part of a fast-moving small business.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Seasonal position: April through early November
Pay
- $16 – $19 per hour, depending on qualifications
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and text messages from customers
- Prepare customer estimates using our in-house CRM system
- Conduct data research and information collection
- Take clear and organized notes for customer records
- Perform follow-up calls and messages with customers as needed
- Help maintain a smooth, professional office environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Friendly, positive personality and a genuine “people person”
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers and providing helpful service
- Strong organizational and note-taking abilities
- Ability to work well in a professional office setting
- Basic computer skills and comfort learning new software systems
