Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Channel Sales Manager. The Channel Sales Manager will focus on enablement, developing and managing relationships with channel partners to drive sales growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new channel opportunities, managing partner accounts, and collaborating to achieve revenue targets. The role also involves providing outstanding customer service and overseeing sales activities to ensure client satisfaction and operational success.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Channel Sales and managing Channel Partner relationships
- Strong skills in Sales, Customer Service, and client relationship management
- Sales Management experience with the ability to drive revenue and achieve performance targets
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Familiarity with Print-Scan-Fax-Copy Management applications is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred
