We are looking for the best players to join the My Eco team in supporting the Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant located outside Savannah, GA.
Key Responsibilities:
- IT Infrastructure Setup: Assist in the planning, implementation, and management of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations, to support manufacturing operations.
- System Configuration: Configure and optimize software and hardware systems to ensure they meet the needs of the company’s automotive manufacturing processes.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues. Serve as the primary contact for resolving technical problems and ensuring minimal downtime.
- Network Management: Monitor and maintain network performance, including LAN, WAN, and VPN configurations. Ensure network security and data protection.
- Software Management: Install, configure, and manage software applications relevant to automotive manufacturing, including ERP and MES systems.
- Data Security: Implement and manage security protocols to protect sensitive company data and comply with industry regulations and standards.
- Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with IT vendors and service providers to procure necessary hardware, software, and services.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures. Prepare reports on IT performance and issues.
- Training: Provide training and support to staff on IT systems and best practices to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
· Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT roles, preferably in the automotive manufacturing industry.
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in managing IT infrastructure, network configurations, and system administration. Experience with automotive manufacturing software (ERP, MES) is a plus.
· Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
· Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean. Ability to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
· Adaptability: Flexibility to work in a startup environment and adapt to evolving technological and business needs.
· Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A , Network , Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are advantageous.
