- Demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as employee relations, performance management, and HR policy administration.
- Proficiency in recruitment and onboarding, including job posting, interviewing, selection, and new hire orientation.
- Experience with HR compliance, including knowledge of employment law, labor regulations, and workplace safety standards.
- Strong skills in HR operations and systems, including HRIS management, record keeping, reporting, and data accuracy.
- Ability to develop and support training, coaching, and professional development initiatives for employees and managers.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Proven organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a manufacturing setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (such as SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus.
- Previous HR experience in manufacturing, automotive, or a similar industrial environment is strongly preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and foster an inclusive, respectful workplace.
