Experience-2 years Required
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support staff: Guide, mentor, and manage the performance of the patient registration team.
- Manage staffing: Create daily schedules, ensure adequate staffing levels, and distribute workload appropriately.
- Conduct training: Provide staff education and training on new software, policies, and procedures.
- Improve processes: Monitor department performance, conduct audits, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in patient access processes.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $24.64 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Work Location: On the road
