Position Type, Schedule and Travel
This is a full-time position with an expected 50% travel time. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
1. Customer Engagement and Strategic Alignment
- Represent Ethium by EControls' core values, delivering a superior “Service After the Sale” experience.
- Promote Ethium’s value-added benefits as a single-source supplier for MHE battery solutions.
- Support growth and retention of key accounts through technical engagement with both new and existing customers.
- Collaborate with the quotation and sales teams to develop technically sound, customer-specific solutions aligned with strategic opportunities.
2. Technical Support and Field Execution
- Provide technical training including diagnostics, repair procedures, and operational guidance tailored to customer applications and key account technicians.
- Support installation, commissioning, and field integration of battery systems to ensure reliable performance.
- Conduct site surveys to assess customer environments, operational needs, and integration readiness.
- Develop and maintain service support strategies for all product lines, ensuring uptime, safety, and product performance.
- Identify service requirements for specific products and drive implementation to ensure customer readiness.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with customers and support resolution of existing product challenges in the field.
- Communicate product specifications, issues, and project milestones clearly across internal and external stakeholders.
- Gather feedback and advise on customer, market, and competitive issues, providing recommendations for resolution.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to assess customer needs and inform future product development efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate lithium battery systems into material handling equipment, ensuring seamless compatibility and optimal performance.
- Analyze system-level requirements and provide engineering support during design, implementation, and testing phases.
- Participate in prototype development and field testing, delivering feedback to improve product design and performance.
- Document integration processes, test results, and technical findings to support internal engineering teams and maintain regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in instrumentation and systems for the material handling equipment (MHE) industry
- BSEE/EET or BSME degree, with an electrical background, preferred
- Must have proficient computer skills including experience utilizing Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel extensively (50%) with a clean driving record
